Privacy Policy
01 ABOUT THIS POLICY
Fimpar (the “Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the online storefront at https://fimpar.com. The Store is operated by Jilin Province Taiyue Trading Co., Ltd. (the “Operator”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit the Store, place an order, contact customer service, or otherwise interact with us.
This Policy applies to information handled by the Operator in connection with the Store. Third-party services, including payment providers and advertising platforms, may also process personal information under their own policies. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.
02 PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide: name, contact information, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details, purchase and return history, correspondence, product inquiries, and information submitted when you contact us or exercise privacy rights.
Information generated when you shop: items viewed or searched, cart activity, checkout and purchase events, transaction status, shipment and tracking information, refund records, and relevant customer account information if customer accounts are available.
Device and online activity information: IP address, approximate region derived from the IP address, device and browser information, operating system, referral URL, pages visited, session identifiers, cookie or pixel identifiers, interaction timestamps, and website performance or security signals.
Marketing and preference information: communication preferences, marketing subscriptions, consent records, advertising attribution signals, and privacy choices where applicable. Do not send complete payment card numbers or card security codes to us by email; payment details should be entered only through the checkout provided by the relevant processor.
03 HOW WE RECEIVE INFORMATION
We collect personal information from you directly (for example, at checkout or when you email us), automatically when you use the Store (including through cookies or similar technologies, where enabled), and from service providers involved in checkout, order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, analytics, or advertising.
The categories actually collected depend on the services, apps, integrations, and privacy controls active on the Store at the time of your visit.
04 HOW AND WHY WE USE INFORMATION
We use personal information to operate the Store and maintain shopping carts; process payments and orders; verify transactions; arrange shipping and delivery; process refunds and returns; provide support; communicate about orders; detect fraud and protect site security; meet tax, accounting, and legal duties; improve website performance and customer experience; and, where permitted, analyze marketing campaigns and deliver promotional communications.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be based on our performance of a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights, or your consent. The legal basis may differ by activity and jurisdiction. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
05 THIRD PARTIES AND DISCLOSURES
We may share relevant information with Shopify and its authorized service providers; payment and fraud-prevention partners; logistics providers, couriers, and fulfillment partners; customer support and communications tools; website hosting, security, and analytics providers; advertising and attribution partners when integrated; and legal or professional advisers when necessary.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, prevent misuse, defend legal claims, or support a lawful corporate reorganization or sale. We do not authorize third-party partners to use information beyond the services or purposes disclosed or otherwise permitted by applicable law and relevant agreements.
Some advertising providers may act as independent businesses with their own privacy notices and privacy-rights procedures; the nature of their role depends on the integration and applicable law.
06 APPLOVIN ADVERTISING AND ATTRIBUTION
If we activate AppLovin advertising, pixel, script, API, or measurement services, AppLovin may collect or receive information related to visits and shopping events, subject to applicable law, our integration configuration, and your privacy choices. Examples include IP addresses, device or browser data, advertising or cookie identifiers, product views, searches, items added to cart, checkout and purchase activity, purchase-related information, and—only where configured and lawfully permitted—contact or location identifiers such as email address, phone number, or postal code.
AppLovin and its partners may process relevant information to deliver and measure advertisements, attribute events to advertising campaigns, detect invalid activity, improve advertising services, and support interest-based advertising where legally permitted. The amount and kind of information processed depend on the tools enabled and the consents or choices that apply to you.
For more information about AppLovin’s collection and use of your information visit: https://legal.applovin.com/privacy/.
You may also submit privacy rights requests directly to AppLovin at https://applovin.com/en/privacy-data-request. We do not intend to provide sensitive personal data, protected health information, or information about children to AppLovin. We must configure any active integration accordingly; a statement in this Policy does not replace technical controls.
07 COOKIES, PIXELS, AND YOUR CHOICES
Essential cookies and similar technologies may support site security, store sessions, cart continuity, and checkout. Where installed, analytics and advertising cookies, pixels, or other technologies can help us understand visits, product interactions, advertising referrals, and conversion events.
Where applicable law requires consent, we must obtain the necessary consent before activating nonessential tracking and honor your choices. If AppLovin technology is enabled, our cookie notice or comparable consent mechanism should identify AppLovin and the relevant technology. You may manage cookies using available Store privacy settings and browser controls. Disabling some essential tools can affect website functionality.
Where legally required, we will provide mechanisms to opt out of covered sales or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising and recognize valid opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where applicable. Contact us at service@fimpar.com for assistance with applicable privacy choices.
08 SHOPIFY, CHECKOUT, AND PAYMENT SERVICES
The Store uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform. Shopify and its service providers may process personal data needed for hosting, cart and checkout functionality, order administration, security, and other features. Payment information is processed by the payment or checkout providers made available during checkout under their applicable notices and agreements.
We normally receive order details, payment status, and other records necessary to manage transactions and support customers, rather than unrestricted access to full card details. More information about Shopify’s consumer privacy practices is available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers.
09 CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING
We may send transactional messages about purchases, shipping, payment issues, refunds, or customer support. Where permitted, we may also send promotional messages to people who have subscribed or otherwise lawfully opted in.
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe instructions in a message or by emailing service@fimpar.com. Opting out of marketing will not stop necessary service, order, security, or legal communications.
10 INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
The Operator is registered in China. Shopify and other service providers may process or store personal information in countries other than the one in which you reside. Privacy protections may differ between jurisdictions. Where cross-border transfers require legal safeguards, we will use appropriate measures under applicable law and the arrangements available with service providers.
11 RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including completing orders, managing returns and disputes, supporting customers, maintaining required tax and accounting records, investigating fraud, and meeting other legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the category of information and applicable requirements. When information is no longer needed, we seek to delete or de-identify it as appropriate.
We apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the data and activities involved, including access controls and service-provider security measures. Nevertheless, no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
12 YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, obtain a copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to some uses, withdraw consent, and opt out of specified sale, sharing, or targeted advertising practices. Certain U.S. laws may also provide rights to appeal a denied request or limit the use of certain sensitive information. These rights are subject to lawful exceptions.
To exercise a right, email service@fimpar.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and describe your request. We may seek information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If an applicable law provides an appeal right, you may use the same email address to request a review of our decision.
For personal information processed by an independent third party, you may need to contact that provider directly as well. AppLovin’s privacy request portal is https://applovin.com/en/privacy-data-request.
13 CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Store is intended for a general shopping audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children in violation of applicable laws. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us without appropriate authorization, contact service@fimpar.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We must not activate AppLovin tracking for users considered children under applicable law.
14 CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our operations, technology, third-party services, or legal requirements. The effective date identifies the version currently presented. When legally required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
