FIMPAR — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

This policy sets out how Fimpar prepares orders, estimates delivery, supplies tracking details, and assists with delivery problems.

This policy applies to orders placed through https://fimpar.com. Delivery availability, methods, and charges depend on the destination and the items ordered.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

After payment is authorized, orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about the available options, which may include a refund for the unavailable item.

2. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

For standard delivery to the United States, transit is estimated at 12–15 business days after dispatch. Including normal processing, the typical total estimate is approximately 13–18 business days after payment confirmation. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery can take longer because of customs checks, carrier handoffs, weather, peak periods, public holidays, or address issues. If checkout shows a more specific estimate for your order, review that estimate before paying.

Available destinations and any delivery options for other locations are shown at checkout. If no delivery option appears for an address, that destination is not currently available for the order.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS

The applicable shipping method and charge are displayed at checkout before payment. Taxes collected by the store are included in the checkout total where applicable. Cross-border shipments may incur import duties, local taxes, or carrier handling fees not collected at checkout; responsibility for those charges depends on the destination and applicable law.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

An order confirmation is sent to the email address entered at checkout. After dispatch, we send a shipping update and tracking details when the carrier makes them available. A carrier may need additional time to register the first scan, and tracking updates may not appear continuously during international transit.

5. ADDRESS CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Please check the delivery address before submitting payment. We will try to help while the order can still be changed, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has become irreversible or the parcel has been handed to the carrier. 6. DELAYS, MISSING PARCELS, AND DELIVERY DAMAGE

If a parcel is materially later than the estimate, tracking stops updating, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact [CONFIRM FIMPAR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] with your order number and tracking details. Include photographs of damage and packaging where practical. We will investigate with the carrier or fulfillment provider and explain the available next steps. Contacting us promptly helps the investigation and does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

7. CUSTOMER SUPPORT RESPONSE TIME

Email support is monitored Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to respond within one business day. Messages received on weekends or public holidays are treated as received on the next business day.
